Please read all instructions below to check in for service:

  1. Join the Queue
    • Fill out your information to join our queue - you can join while in the office or remotely.

    • If you joined the queue remotely, once you're in the office, please let us know you're here.
    • If you joined the queue in the office, you're already checked in!
  4. Check-In

    Please note: After 30 minutes, you will be automatically removed from the queue if you do not check in. Also, only check in after you arrive at the office.

  5. Wait for Assistance
    • If you joined the queue remotely, once you're in the office, please let us know you're here.You'll be added to our lobby status screen once you check in for live updates. Please be aware that some students may be assisted in a private office for the security of their personal information.

    • Once it's your turn, you'll be notified both on the lobby status screen and via email. Please pay attention to if your name is called as you may be assisted at the front window or private office depending on your question.
  8. Post-Visit Survey
    • Once you're done with your visit, please fill out our survey so you can let us know how we did - and how we can improve!
